FAQ
Service & Scheduling
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
No. As long as your bins are empty and left curbside (or in a pre-arranged accessible location), our team can perform the service while you’re out. We will return them to your designated spot once they are sanitized and freshPayment must be made ahead of time.
When will you clean my bins?
We typically schedule cleanings the same day as your regular trash collection or early the following day to ensure the bins are empty and available. . We can also clean them when we clean your windows.
How often should I have my bins cleaned?
For the best hygiene and odor control, we recommend monthly service. However, we also offer quarterly and one-time deep clean options for general maintenance.
What if I still have trash in my bin on service day?
To ensure a thorough clean, bins must be completely empty. If your bin still contains waste, we may need to reschedule your service for the following month. For $5.00 we will remove the trash and put it in a large contractor bag. Then we will put that clean bag back in the bin after we clean it.
The Cleaning Process
Why is professional cleaning better than a garden hose?
A garden hose doesn’t kill the 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, and fungi that thrive in warm, dark bins. Our specialized equipment uses 200°F high-pressure water to sanitize and eliminate odors at their source, whereas a hose often just creates a messy “splash back”.
Is the process eco-friendly?
Yes. We use significantly less water than traditional hose-cleaning (averaging less than 4 gallons per bin) and only use biodegradable, non-toxic cleaning agents that are safe for your family and pets.
Can you remove old paint, tar, or oil stains?
While our high-pressure system is powerful, some substances like dried paint, chemical stains, or tar may be permanent and cannot be fully removed without damaging the plastic bin.
Billing & Account
How do I pay for the service?
Payment is due before we start if you are not going to be home or at time of service.
